By booking with Kleigh Africa Adventures, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments

1.  All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
2. Full payment must be completed before the tour begins unless agreed otherwise.
3. Prices are quoted in USD unless stated differently.

Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour may qualify for a partial refund.
2. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Refunds, where applicable, may exclude administrative or third-party fees.

Changes & Itineraries

1. Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
2. No refunds for unused services once a tour has started.

Health & Safety

1. Guests must inform us of any medical conditions before the tour.

2. Participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk and instructions must be followed at all times.

Liability

1. Kleigh Africa Adventures is not liable for delays, injuries, loss, or damages caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Travel Insurance

1. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.

Photography

1. Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in advance.

Governing Law

1. These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania
